Bitsy World Mini Dolls - Return Policy

At Bitsy World, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, eco-friendly mini dolls that bring joy to you and your loved ones. However, we understand that there might be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Please take a moment to review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in unused, like-new condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided.

2. Process for Returns and Exchanges:

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

a. Contact us at to initiate the return/exchange process. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return/exchange.

b. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

d. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

If the return or exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

b. In the case of an exchange, if the requested item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for the price difference.

c. Exchanged items will be shipped out once the returned item is received and processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to personalized or customized dolls.

6. Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has been shipped, you will need to initiate a return upon receiving the item.
